Couch to 5K Group
Here are the new dates for our September Couch to 5k courses!
Couch to 5k is great for complete beginners, those returning from injury or anyone wanting to become more active.
It starts with a mix of walking and jogging and progresses over the weeks to continuous running. You will be able to run 5k by the end of the 12 week course.
It is all done at your own pace and no one is ever left behind. Our leaders are all very experienced and will be there to help and encourage you every step of the way.
Once you have completed the course you will be able to carry on running with us at our 5k and Beyond running groups.
