This course is for complete beginners and for those returning to running after a break or injury .
It is all done at your own pace and no-one is ever left behind.
Our great leaders really enjoy sharing their running passion and all remember just what it was like when they first started running.
Couch to 5k is great for complete beginners, those returning from injury or anyone wanting to become more active.
It starts with a mix of walking and jogging and progresses over the weeks to continuous running. Our courses are 12 weeks long, this means everyone will be able to confidently run 5k by the end of the course.
It is all done at your own pace and no one is ever left behind. Our leaders are all very experienced and will be there to help and encourage you every step of the way.
Once you have completed the course you will be able to carry on running with us at our 5k and Beyond running groups.
