NEW COUCH TO 5K COURSES STARTING IN JANUARY 2021!
Spaces are limited as we are following strict Covid Secure guidelines PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, EMAIL INFO@HAPPYFEETFITNESS.CO.UK TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE. We now have a waiting list for the Wednesday course, there are still spaces on the Saturday one. (posted 11.24am 30/12/20) Couch to 5k is great for complete beginners, those returning from injury or anyone wanting to become more active. It starts with a mix of walking and jogging and progresses over the weeks to continuous running. Our courses are 12 weeks long, this means everyone will be able to run 5k by the end of the course. It is all done at your own pace and no one is ever left behind. Our leaders are all very experienced and will be there to help and encourage you every step of the way. Once you have completed the course you will be able to carry on running with us at our 5k and Beyond running groups.
