Our current couch to 5k courses have just finished, what a brilliant time we had!
We are now in the planning stages for our next course, so if you are interested in starting your running journey, or returning to running, please get in touch to register your interest via email or FB.
This great 12 week course guides you gently from run/walk to being able to run for 5k, it's all done at your own pace and no one is ever left behind.
Our Supportive leaders have years of experience and their love of running really is infectious!

We were really proud to be part of Worcester Race for Life this year.
We volunteered to help marshal the course, and we had so many amazing helpers that we were able to cover all of the points the organisers needed. 
So if someone cheered you on, clapped, rang a bell or tooted you, it was probably us!
We loved every minute of it, so many amazing runners raising money and awareness to Help Cure Cancer Sooner.
