The Walking to fitness programme is ideal for complete beginners. It's the perfect way to get more active and prepare to join us for the Couch to 5K programme.​​

Weekly group coaching sessions to guide you from no running experience to being able to run comfortably for 45 minutes. All in just 12 weeks.

5k Running and run/walking Groups
Group training sessions for those who can already run or run/walk comfortably for 35-40 minutes and want to continue to improve their speed, stamina and pace.

Running motivates me, gives me strength both mentally and physically, no matter what life decides to throw at me running helps me get through each day because it proves to me that I CAN and I WILL and nothing can stop me because I am a runner.
After being diagnosed with a terminal illness 5 years ago I stopped working and was really struggling mentally and physically unsure of my future. Thank goodness I found happy feet fitness 2.5 years ago. My confidence, health and mental wellbeing improved emeasurably thanks to you for all your support and care.
Happy feet fitness found the runner in me! Used to hate sports day at school, Running restores your self belief, confidence as well as all the physical health benefits. Even though a chronic back condition is preventing me from running I’m still out there with the Happy Feet walking group - where there’s a will there’s a way! Thank you team HF! 
​When the last thing you feel like doing is running...push yourself to do it! The good feelings afterwards are priceless!
