Walking to Fitness is an interval based walking group. It's a mix of faster paced walking (enough to get you a little out of breath) and slower recovery walking, the sessions generally take between 30 to 45 minutes and include an appropriate warm up and cool down.
It is ideal for complete beginners or for those looking to get more active, it is all done at your own pace and no one is ever left behind.
We are also proud to say we are working with Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven and MacMillan Move More
The group at the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven will be taking a break from 27/11/19.
Our two other groups are still suitable for those with a cancer diagnosis or long term health issue. Give us a call if you would like to chat about joining either group
