Walking to Fitness is an interval based walking group. It's a mix of faster paced walking (enough to get you a little out of breath) and slower recovery walking, the sessions generally last around 45 minutes and include an appropriate warm up and cool down.
It is ideal for complete beginners or for those looking to get more active, it is all done at your own pace and no one is ever left behind.
We meet on a Wednesday at 10am from various city locations,
