I have been running for 15 years.
I started off training for a 5k race with my mum, sister and two daughters. I got the bug and continued from there. I love my job, especially seeing the smile on people's faces when they can't believe they've completed their first full 20 or 30 minute run. When I'm not out pounding the pavements I spend my time running around after my 3 young grandsons. They definitely keep me on my toes. Running certainly blows the cobwebs away! |

I have always been a keen runner and have completed several marathons and half marathons myself. I have coached clients at all levels from first time runners through to people with their sights set on running marathons.
I'm a busy mum and running is my little bit of "me time". There is nothing like a good run to shake off a bad mood. No matter what your goal make sure you enjoy the experience and have lots of fun. It makes all of the challenges a lot easier." |
